Any guest attending Saturday's Social Event must be registered. Register your guest here. If you have multiple guests to register, you can complete one form for each person or contact us at AACO@orthoptics.org for help.
AACO Meeting and Events Policies
AACO Registration Policy
All AACO meeting attendees are required to be registered using the correct registration category. If a registration is completed in an incorrect category, the registration will be corrected or canceled; additional fees my be due if the correct category is at a higher cost. Attendees at an AACO meeting must wear their own badge. Registrations are non-transferable. CME is only available to fully registered attendees. Guests/spouses are not eligible for CE credits. A cancellation fee may be assessed for any registration canceled after May 1, 2025.
Event Photography and Video/Audio Recording Policy
Any person who attends an AACO annual meeting event grants permission to the AACO to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such persons, to use his or her name an such images for any purpose of the AACO, including advertisements for the AACO and its programs, in any media or format including web-based, film or print.

Programs presented at the AACO national meeting are not public events. They are for the education of meeting attendees.

It is the intent of the American Association of Certified Orthoptists (AACO) that all attendees at sponsored conferences and events be able to participate in an environment of respect and fairness. Further, the AACO strives to adhere to all requirements which pertain to continuing education accreditation, as well as applicable regulations and laws.
