Educational Meetings
Orthoptists can collect CE by attending an educational meeting hosted by any ophthalmology society or association. For a list of popular ophthalmological and orthoptic meetings, click the link below. CE is recognized by the AOC at a 1:1 ratio. 1 hour of educational material equals 1 CE credit.

Webinars
Several organizations hold webinars during the year at zero to low cost to orthoptists. Orthoptists can collect CE credits by attending or watching these webinars. Write down three points for every hour you watch and submit the points with your re-certification application with the American Orthoptic Council (AOC).
